Handmade sterling and gold pieces are formed in the studio. They may contain both metal recovered by hand from lawful ground and purchased metal melted with it. We do not claim a piece is entirely field-recovered unless that batch was kept separate.
Copper claim: studio handmade only. Gold/silver: mixed unless recorded separate. FMC: standing, not a mine. Privacy: do not sell personal information.
Separate means purchased stock stayed out of the pot. An FMC is a yearly key. Parks, private land, titles, and Indigenous lands are not implied.
Stamp only a number you can defend. Identify alloy by look, magnet, marks, then test. Plating is not the core.
Acid and XRF sort. Fire assay (fusion, cupellation, parting) can support a quality mark.
