Is this piece made from metal you recovered yourself?
Handmade sterling and gold pieces are formed in the studio. They may contain both metal recovered by hand from lawful ground and purchased metal melted with it. We do not claim a piece is entirely field-recovered unless that batch was kept separate.
Do you use recycled wire?
Yes — recycled copper wire on handmade studio pieces. That claim does not apply to drop-shipped or other catalog items, which are labeled separately in the shop.
What does a Free Miner Certificate mean?
It is British Columbia standing that allows a person to seek mineral and placer rights and do limited exploration. It is not a mine permit and not proof that every item for sale was recovered from the field. See Ethics & Sustainability.
Where do your stones come from?
Studio stones are hand-gathered or sourced from small, known places whenever we can name the ground. Drop-shipped stones follow their own makers. If a listing does not say it is studio work, do not assume the field story on this site.
Are your jewelry pieces really handmade?
Every handcrafted piece in our collection is made by hand with care and intention. We also carry curated drop-shipping items — these are clearly labeled in the shop.
How do you handle my privacy?
We collect what we need to answer you and complete an order. We do not sell your personal information. Details are on the Privacy Policy page.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes. If you have a specific stone, design, or vision, write through the contact page.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused items in their original condition and packaging. See the full Refund & Returns Policy.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 2–5 business days. Times vary by location. Custom orders may take longer — we give an estimate before you commit.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International orders may be subject to customs fees and duties in your country; those are the buyer’s responsibility.
