Policies
Transparency matters as much as craftsmanship.
How we operate
Unique Perspective is committed to clear communication, fair dealing, respect for your privacy, and studio claims that match the bench. Handmade work and drop-shipped goods are not the same category. Read Ethics & Sustainability before you read a field story onto a listing that is not studio-made.
Terms
By purchasing through our store, you agree to the shipping, return, privacy, and studio standards linked from this site. If something is unclear, write before you order.
Shipping Policy
We ship orders within 1–3 business days when the piece is in hand. Free shipping is available on orders over $75. Delivery times vary by location, typically 3–7 business days for domestic orders. Custom work follows the timeline given before you pay.
Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Custom jewelry orders are final sale unless there is a defect. To start a return, write to payments4uniqueperspective@gmail.com. Full detail: Refund & Returns Policy.
Homemade jewelry
Handmade jewelry is one-of-a-kind. Slight variations in color, size, and finish are part of the work and are not defects. Product photos may differ from the finished piece because the material is natural.
